How it works:
Your contractor will become an employee of JSA and we will invoice you (the agency) for all the hours they work. When you pay JSA, we take responsibility for all PAYE tax and National Insurance contributions and pay the worker directly. JSA will also make sure the worker is auto enrolled into our workplace pension scheme and we pay holiday pay on all hours worked which means no liability for backdated claims.

Importantly, and subject to certain conditions being met, the contractor may claim legitimate business expenses incurred whilst working on assignment, including CPC training costs. Submitting an expense claim to JSA is simple and hassle-free via our state of the art portal and our customer service team is widely recognised as the best in the business, having gained the government’s accreditation in Customer Service Excellence.

What’s more, our office is open from 8am to 8pm during the week and 9am to 12pm on Saturdays to ensure we are here when your contractors need us most.
